"I spent a good amount of time looking for a narrator of the first book in my series. After many trial and errors I stumbled onto "Ladyvoiceover.com". I was absolutely enchanted with her voice and her personality as she was telling a story.  So I contacted her about recording for my audio book. She produced the audio sample I had posted up just to tell emotional flavor. She nailed it and brought my idea of co-creation to a whole new level.   As well, she danced through issues that came up with a professionalism that shows true experience in her craft. Give her time to do the work and you will never regret you asked her to narrate for you."  BRAD McDOWELL - author of 'Arcane Savant:  Black Sand Storm' - Book One

"This was my first audio book and I had no idea of the process.  I got very lucky when Maxine agreed to audition.  Her voice was better than I had hoped for and she is very good at what she does.  However, the simple fact that she wanted me to be happy with the work impressed me the most.  In between the first and second auditions we exchanged numerous emails.  Maxine sent me sound bites to ensure she was getting the voices as near to the way I heard them.  I asked her to record a particular section, instead of 10 minutes she sent me 23 minutes.  After I approved the second audition she went to work.  The final product was good, however, there were a couple of errors and some stuff which wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I said I could 'live with it'.  When I told Maxine this she replied immediately telling me she did not want me 'to live with it' but she wanted to make me happy with the narration.  After the changes were made, I listened and approved the narration.  I have nearly completed the second book of the series and hopefully Maxine will want to narrate that project also.'  RICHARD FYLER - author of The Brookfield Journals, Vol. 1 - 'The Elf of Edinburgh'

"Not only is Maxine Lennon's narration flawless, but she also breathes life into characters.  Her voice lends an absorbing quality to anything she narrates.  Happy to work with her and would hire her again"  ROBERTO SCARLATO - Author/Narrator - 'Ye Olde Idea Shoppe', a fantasy short story

"If you are looking for professional service with quality you will love your finished product. My book came with a tall task and it was done better than I could have asked. "  BILL VINCENT - publisher of Long Lane Lost Child

"I am pleased to recommend Maxine Lennon for voice-over work. She has narrated my book The Founders and I’m delighted how my story sounds with her voice. Because my work is Scifi-Fantasy Maxine had several new name-words to learn. She worked closely with me on pronunciation and cadence for the challenging parts of the book. Maxine’s voice is easy to listen to and her story telling style of narration works perfectly with the tone on my books. I believe it to be a win-win collaboration."   HOLLY BARBO - Author of the Sage Seed Chronicles series - published by Paper Crane Books

"I was thrilled with Maxine Lennon's narration of my first novel, BORDER CROSSINGS. A native of Northern Ireland, she had the accent flawless, yet, her enunciation was so perfect that American listeners can easily follow the story.  The authenticity of her Irish speech with its melodic rhythm really puts the reader right there in Ireland. Yet, Maxine does a wonderful job with the American accent of my heroine, Kathy.  Maxine was easy to work with and very professional.  I highly recommend her services, and would definitely use her again." CAROLE BALLACERA - Author 'Border Crossings'

“As a narrator, Maxine doesn't just read the book to a microphone. She makes the words come alive. I've had the pleasure of working with Maxine on three books now, and she's been consistent all the way. I would definitely recommend her for any voice over or narration assignment.”  DAWN CARRINGTON - Vinspire  Publishing

"Ms. Lennon brought an elegant, authentic touch to our audiobook production. She was open to our feedback, helpful with her direction, and turned out a first class performance perfectly on schedule. Her talents are highly recommended to all!"  TULIPE NOIRE PRESS

"Maxine Lennon works closely with the author to ensure every name and word is pronounced just right. She's always on time and holds herself in a professional manner. This is the second book she's produced and narrated for my press and I hope that she'll work on many more audiobooks with me and my authors."  SHEENAH FREITAS - Paper Crane Books

"I had the opportunity and the pleasure of working with Maxine Lennon who narrates one of my books... She proved to be more than a professional and an expert !She took her mission beyond what I even expected of her and was cooperative in a most friendly manner.  I can only hope we can renew the experience soon.I'll give her references any time and recommend her... You can indeed contact me and listen to our work on iTunes..."  JESSE CRAIGNOU - Author of Righter and so much more

Irish Tour recommendations...

"Maxine put together an amazing tour of Northern Ireland.  Of course, just going there was a tremendous opportunity to see an area that is so unique in its beauty and history.  Maxine put on such a well organized tour. Her knowledge about the area and her attention to detail made the days there so interesting and educational.  What an incredible experience that will stay with us the rest of our lives.  Thanks Maxine!"  SKIP & SUSAN WILLIAMS, Houston, Texas

"My time in Northern Ireland was magical! When people say Ireland is beautiful, they don't begin to capture the essence of the countryside. On our daily tours, Maxine showed us wild, mystical places; quaint places; ancient places. Every day was a new adventure -- after one of Maxine's hearty breakfasts, that is. Then we piled in the van and took off to parts unknown and, for us, undiscovered. Irish stew, Irish Lentil soup, Irish soda bread, and wonderful company. It was an experience of a lifetime, one I'll never forget"  DINAH MASSIE, Houston, Texas

"The trip to Northern Ireland was fabulous!  Maxine put together a wonderful itinerary that blended well-known destinations with out-of-the-way corners that normally are overlooked by larger tour agencies. This was my first trip “across the pond”, and I was rewarded with a singular travel experience and a lifetime of memories.  I can’t wait to go back and experience more that Ireland/Northern Ireland has to offer---and I will be calling on Maxine for that next adventure!"  LISA POWEL, Houston, Texas

STORY TELLING

"Maxine weaves a story like a spider spins her web: Before the fly knows it, he's captured and under her spell. I've had the pleasure of seeing Maxine in action as a sound engineer, a storyteller and as a voiceover talent, and it's impossible to say which she does best. Some of her stories are her creation, while others are Irish mythology, and some are historical from The Troubles. All are fascinating. She gets into a hypnotic rhythm that makes you almost feel the words are coming from another place and time. When she reads a book or a story, you feel the same mesmerizing effect."   DINAH MASSIE - Public Information Officer at Houston TranStar

"Maxine Lennon's story telling is a gift that takes you to places beyond imagination and allows you to stay there and enjoy the sights, sounds and emotions surrounding the moment.  It is an experience I  want to relive time and time again and I relish the opportunity to once again hear her tales."  JACK BELL  Houston, TX

"Maxine Lennon is an amazingly gifted storyteller. Her Irish tales held us spellbound at Path of Tea -- unforgettable stories with vivid imagery and a hearty laugh or two thrown in for good measure!"  KIM LYKINS - Texas Foundation for the Arts, Houston, TX
